About Us:
Lutor Games, founded in 2024, is a startup focused on mobile games with plans to expand into PC gaming. We value creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and teach. Join us to grow with an enthusiastic team!
Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 2D assets (concepts, UI, sprites, textures)
• Model, texture, and rig low-to-mid poly 3D assets using tools like Blender or Maya
• Work closely with designers and developers to bring assets into Unity
• Help define the visual style of current and upcoming projects
• Maintain consistency across game assets and art pipelines
Requirements:
• Proficiency in at least one 2D art tool (Photoshop, Krita, etc.) and one 3D tool (Blender, Maya, etc.)
• Understanding of game art pipelines and asset optimization
• Ability to work across different styles (cartoony, stylized, semi-realistic)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A solid portfolio showing both 2D and 3D work
Bonus Points:
• Experience with Unity • Animation or VFX skills • UI/UX design experience

Salary:
Lutor Games is a new indie studio. At this stage, we work on a revenue-sharing model — no monthly salaries yet. Everyone earns a fair percentage from the projects we build and launch together. If we succeed, we succeed as a team.
