About Us:

Lutor Games, founded in 2024, is a startup focused on mobile games with plans to expand into PC gaming. We value creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and teach. Join us to grow with an enthusiastic team!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
• Help shape long-term strategy, including publishing, studio growth, and monetization
• Actively search for funding opportunities, grants, and potential investors
• Assist with creating pitch decks and funding applications
• Collaborate with the founders on goals and strategic planning
• Research industry trends and potential revenue channels

Requirements:

• Understanding of the gaming industry, especially indie/AA markets
• Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
• Fluent in English (Georgian is a plus)

Bonus Points:

• Experience securing grants, funding, or investor deals
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, Excel
• A network in the gaming, tech, or investment space

Salary:

Lutor Games is a new indie studio. At this stage, we work on a revenue-sharing model — no monthly salaries yet. Everyone earns a fair percentage from the projects we build and launch together. If we succeed, we succeed as a team.
