About Us:

Lutor Games, founded in 2024, is a startup focused on mobile games with plans to expand into PC gaming. We value creativity, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and teach. Join us to grow with an enthusiastic team!

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype core gameplay systems, levels, and mechanics
• Collaborate with developers and artists to bring ideas to life
• Create clear design documentation and communicate vision across the team
• Balance game difficulty, progression, and in-game economy
• Analyze player feedback and iterate on design to improve experience

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of game design theory and player psychology
• Experience with prototyping (in-engine or on paper)
• Great communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically
• Passion for games and attention to detail

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for mobile or PC platforms
• Familiarity with Unity or other game engines
• Level design or narrative design experience
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback constructively

Salary:

Lutor Games is a new indie studio. At this stage, we work on a revenue-sharing model — no monthly salaries yet. Everyone earns a fair percentage from the projects we build and launch together. If we succeed, we succeed as a team.
