Mandela: Lost In Ganivi

Made in under 32 hours for the "Control the Environment" Game Jam.

You're stuck in a strange, looping hallway inside a building called Ganivi. It looks normal at first, but something is wrong — rooms appear and disappear, and you can’t find your way out. To escape, you have to control different dimensions to reveal hidden rooms and collect keys. The game is inspired by the Mandela Effect — when people remember things differently from how they really are — and by the real building where the game jam took place. When we arrived at Ganivi, we actually got lost. It was creepy, confusing, and the perfect idea for our game. We made this in Unity in just 32 hours with a team of 5 (3 developers, 2 artists). The 3D visuals and shaders look really cool — especially when you switch dimensions!
